The platform does not operate a marketplace and does not match buyers with sellers. You may be unable to find anyone to transfer to, at any price.
Concentration
All fractions relate to a single real estate project. Your money is not spread across several properties.
Technology and custody
Fractions are recorded on EON Chain and held in a wallet the platform manages on your behalf. Software faults, loss of keys or failure of the platform could affect your holding.
Regulatory
The treatment of this product under local law may change, which could affect your ability to hold or transfer fractions.
